green tea manufacture, the withering process is totally
omitted. |

| Aarkay's 'ROASTEA' Roasters
are easy to operate and maintain. Each Roaster has a
capacity of 200 Kgs of fresh green leaves per
batch. The roasted tea is ready after about 6-7 minutes
of steaming. The Steam is supplied by Aarkay's Mini-
Boiler System for Green Tea, a non-IBR boiler with a
steam generator, water pre-heater and the works. A
single Mini-boiler can serve upto two Roasters
simultaneously. |
